Shipping policy

Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day.

UK delivery: 5–14 working days
£2.88 standard / free on orders over £40

International delivery: 5–14 working days
£7.85 / calculated at checkout
Customs duties, import taxes and fees may apply depending on your country. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in the order total.

Tracking
Every order is tracked. Your tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Sometimes carriers run late, particularly during peak seasons or because of customs checks. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of the estimated window, email us at information@gliho.com and we'll sort it out.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away and we'll try to update it before your order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 14 days at infomation@gliho.com and include your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
