Shipping Policy

Where we ship
UK addresses only, including Northern Ireland.

Dispatch
Orders dispatch within 1–2 working days. Orders after 2pm, weekends or bank holidays process the next working day.

Delivery

• Standard (Tracked 48): 2–4 working days
• Express (Tracked 24): 1–2 working days 

Times are estimates from dispatch. We'll email you if there's ever a delay.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Missing parcels
Not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch? Email hi@gliho.com with your order number. Confirmed lost parcels get a replacement or full refund.

Wrong address?
Email us straight away — we can usually fix it before dispatch, but not once it's with the courier.

Damaged on arrival
Email a photo within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement.
