These terms apply when you use this site or buy from it. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, or if an item was listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel it and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order you have already placed.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
Subscriptions
Subscription terms are set out in our Subscription Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Product information
Our calming products are comfort and enrichment products for cats. They are not veterinary medicines and they do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If your cat's behaviour changes suddenly, stops eating, stops using the litter tray, or shows any sign of pain or illness, speak to a vet. Nothing on this site is a substitute for veterinary advice.
Using this site
You may not use this site for anything unlawful, attempt to interfere with it, or copy our content, photography or branding without permission.
Our liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
