This is the step that keeps the fill even as it dries.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMake sure it is dry all the way through before it goes back on the bed.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eWhen a topper isn't the answer\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA topper smooths and softens a sleep surface. It doesn't rebuild support underneath. If your mattress has a deep sag, a broken spring, or a dip that pulls you toward the middle, ten centimetres of fill will make it more comfortable but won't correct it — you're better off replacing the mattress.
